All local car dealers across USA are celebrating for their high profits which they have started seeing after almost 5 years of recession. The rise is seen from 2010 and the dealers are expecting the figures to increase by the end of 2011.
Federico Chrysler's Internet sales manager, Mr. David Sanders believes the same and says that 2011 will be a much better year in terms of car sales than 2010. He also informed that car sales have gone up by over 10 percent in 2010 with a total sales reaching 11.6 million. But these figures are still behind the encouraging 2005 figures of 17 million.
Most of the people in the industry give Ford the credit for such booming sales in the car industry. Ford was one company which without any help from the government got back into shape generating profits for the company. It did not seek any bailouts and instead designed new strategies for increasing their sales and profits. In the process they launched a number of new products and took smart advantage of their global existence.
Roberts Motors general manager, John Roberts says the improvement in sales is reflected by the number of vehicles seen on the road and revealed his sales were up 15 percent in 2010 as compared to previous year. He also gave credit to Ford and said the fleet has massively grown and got better in plans to increase sales and this has definitely helped revive sales.
David Sanders also agrees with Mr. Roberts and said the same has been observed in Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep with the launch of a number of new models and the numbers too have increased. He also added that the people wishing to support the American manufacturers have also increased and they are all expecting higher profits for the sales in 2011.
